Mobility for studies

      Application procedure

Step 1- Select University

Contact your university coordinator and find out whether your university has a bilateral agreement.

Step 2- Send documents

Before filling application form, be sure to take these steps:

Step 2.1- Confirmation E-mail.

Make sure that your university exchange coordinator has nominated you (sent a confirmation e-mail to our International Affairs Office  dsm@byd.pl )

Step 2.2- Application documents.

Make sure that you have these documents :

Fill it in according to the List of Courses provided at the WSG University in Bydgoszcz in the corresponding semester, sign, and also ask your university coordinator to sign it.

Note:  You can choose courses from different fields of study on WSG.

  • Transcript of Records

Take from the dean’s office document in English with the list of taken courses, exams passed and points gained at the university, confirmed by the University seal.

  • Visa and Health Insurance

If your stay in Poland will last more than 3 months, you have to obtain a Student Visa. Please contact the Polish Embassy in your home country and learn the details of the visa application procedure. We also recommend organizing health insurance before coming to Poland.

Attention: Students should have health insurance ( European health insurance card or private insurance ), covering medical expenses and contain provisions to cover civil responsibility and accident insurance.

  • English language proficiency reference confirming at least B2 level 

could be issued by e.g. by the School of Foreign Languages, the English Philology Department, etc.

In some cases, paying attention to the strong will and motivation of the student to learn B1 level can be acceptable 

 

After collecting all the application documents, send it all by email with the topic "Surname Name Erasmus+ Application documents" to  dsm@byd.pl

        

Application deadlines

         15th of July- for the winter semester

         15th of January- for the summer semester

 

Step 3 - Confirmation Letter

The Confirmation letter will be introduced in 2-3 weeks by a Coordinator who will send it to the student by e-mail.
