It's time to examine the International Culinary Book that our ESC volunteers have put together.
International Culinary Book is one of the successful project outcomes undertaken in the frame of the European Solidarity Corps. From 2018 to the present, the volunteers have been compiling cultural recipes. These recipes also include Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, and Ukraine. The long history of cooking will enable you to improve not only your culinary abilities but also your understanding of Balkan, Caucasian, and Slavic cuisines. It will also allow you to spend the best possible time with the people you love.
To understand better, project outcomes are the skills, the motivation, the new way of thinking, and the understanding of the volunteer that have been proven on the project. While there is an underlying expectation that the volunteers will improve their skills, improve their language, learn a new language and grow to understand different cultures and people, volunteers have the freedom to choose when they feel ready.
To express your own feedback, you can choose creative ways of sharing information. Maybe you want to make a small movie, maybe you want to share a story, or maybe you want to share your culture with others. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
